I’ve been freelancing from home in my jim-jams (not really. well, maybe sometimes) for more than twelve years. One day, I might calculate what that equates to in espresso shots. I think it might be a number that hasn’t been invented yet. I haven’t always drunk espresso; I used to buy filter coffee in catering-sized cans from Tim Hortons on Goldstream Avenue. I’ve got a Nespresso machine now. It’s a bit bossy and demands to be descaled quite a lot, but it makes a super quad-shot.
